In life we all encounter a bumpy road, and it seems to be endless journey. With love from friends and family, and faith in oneself, anything is possible. You're a strong human being and can overcome any obstacle in your way, as long as you have faith in yourself. Speaking on behalf of all of your fans, I wish you and the rest of the guys the best of luck. You've come so far in such a short amount of time, and already have amazed the world w/your talent and adoring personality. Thinking about the time and effort put into the music and fans is overwhelming. I wish people would understand that you are human; someone who loves, and wants to be loved. Someone who goes through problems and isn't perfect. Hearing the other guys talk about your situation really touched me, and it made me think about the path that i've been leading myself into, a path that i don't want to follow. It raised awareness among everyone, and i'm sure it changed a lot of people giving them courage to confront the ones they love. I could never thank you enough for having the strength to go through this. I now have more faith in myself to express how i feel and do what i know is best for me. AJ: Ok, sweetie. I just heard about you in rehab, and I wanna tell you that I support you with all my soul.
I´m 18 years old, and my parents got divorced when I only 7. I went to live with my mom and her husband was just a bad person. So, I came to live with my dad. Now, I´m 18 and I have a problem with alcohol for 1 year now, and it also came from depression. I am on AA, and also I´m seeing a shrink. And I´m really handeling it. So, I know you will too. Cause you are much stronger than I am.
You have everything to get well soon and start all over again. Don´t worry J...everything will be fine.
We are all supporting you. You are wonderful! I love you lots! See you soon!

Dearest AJ,
As I sat crying watching your four "brothers" talking about your problem I realized just how proud I am to call myself a fan. I am 30 years old and I'm not shy to tell people I love you guys. I can't begin to imagine what you are going though but I can send my thoughts and prayers to you and your family. My brother-in-law also has a substance abuse problem and I see how he battles this everyday. With love and support he gets through each day a little easier. I know with the love and support from your family, friends, and fans you will over come this. I am very proud of you and my thoughts and prayers will always be with you.

I am writing this not only for AJ but for all the boys and the fans. To AJ, i wish you nothing but the best of luck in your 'road to recovery'. I completely support you in every way possible a fan could. I know my support will get lost in the mounds of cards and fan letters you are bound to get but just remember that someone out there is thinking of you. To the rest of the guys, my heart goes out to you. Watching you guys on TRL today i saw four of the best friends AJ could ever hope to have. You guys stopped your lives and careers because your friend needed you. Everyone can only hope to find friends like that. And finally to my fellow fans, I hope all of you can realize what a hard time this is and is going to be for the guys. I only hope that you will join me in support for them. If AJ will ever read this, I just want him to know that I'm praying for his speedy recovery and I hope that he will get better soon. My brother was coping with depression just a few months ago, so he knows part of what AJ is going through, and he is also pulling for AJ. All I can say is that I wish the best to AJ and the other guys, and we're all praying for you.

A.J-We really hope you get better! You and your boys mean so much to me and kelsey! When we are depressed or sad we just turn on your C.D and all the sudden it just makes me feel so much better i feel like you guys are singing just to me. A.J you bring the crazyness to the group i mean if there was no you i would still love the group just you really make it more complete. I never thought that five hott guys would come along and cange the pop world i mean you 5 are amazing. I never thought you could love someone that you never met as much as i love you five (but you five have shown me that it is very possible).I was so sad when i found out i would have to wait enother 2 monthes to see you! I mean i was going to see you July 14 but then you went to the docter. I am happy in a way though that the boys stop touring till you felt right again ( cause it would not be the same withought you )I am glad you are doing the right thing for you though. I really hope you get better because i want to see you ( really bad ). I love you so much no words could discribe. I would love to see you and met you cause i hear you guys are great and i hear you are one of the best to fans! I know you guys do your musice for the fans. I just hope the best for you and the boys!
