I am here to give you my continued support throughout your ordeal. As a Christian you must remember to put God First! He will guide you because the almighty Father is omnipotent. Dear AJ:I heard the news today while I was at work. I was like OMG AJ!. Needless to say I was shocked and at first thought it was a rumour but I then found out it was true. I have been your loyal fan for years now. You are my favorite "Boy" and Backstreet Boys is my fave band. To be honest your music gets me through anything and I'm so very thankful! now I want to show my support and love for you. I want you to know that we all wish for you to get better and take the necessary time off to evaluate your life and what you have. Please know that you are loved and admired for your awesome talent and for having the courage to stand up and seek help. Hey AJ ,you are such an amazing man with soul , heart , companionship , and courage. You are one of the strongest people I can think of because alot of people get problems like these but are afraid to come out and tell others .. when i say this i can speak for my self ... I have gone through alot of depression from many thing such as my parents divorce , a walking disablity which i used to have and you helped me recover , and the death of my grandmother. Your health is the most important thing you need ... i know you have the strength to recover and become sober and happy with your life once again. As a previous anxiety person ... i understand what you are going through and I know that you have the power to recover.
Dont worry about posponing the tour take as much time as you need to recover as long as you are totally healthy.. You have my prayer and I'll always be wishing you the best

As soon as i herd this in the car with my friend, we were absolutly speachless. i was about to cry and i felt like i lost my best friend. I know what it feels like to go through depression, and i'm very proud that u seeked help b4 it was to late. You, AJ, have demonstrated to your fans your endearing strength and compassion and responsibility as a wise young individual of today's unfortunate problems. From being a fan of the Backstreet boys for 5 years, I have always noted your eccentricity, raw and unique talent and best of all uncurtailed amount of strength and courage. Aj with your undaunted bravery and limitless talent you prove to be one of the most amazing people I have ever encountered. I know you will overcome and surpass any troubles bogging you down, you are da bomb AJ and I love you for that!!!:)

Dear AJ-
Your hard work and dedication to the Backstreet Boys is unbelievable. You guys inspired me to want to sing. You really deserve time off to get better. I cried as I watched the TRL special. I cried from sadness and happiness. Sadness because I was just watching the BSB and listening to them and I could tell they were hurt. But, I know that they, and I as well as many fans, wish the best for you. And I cried from happiness because you have the courage to get help with your problems. I am supporting you 100%, no matter what. I hope you get better soon. But, take as long as you want. I want you to know that I love you with all my heart and I'm behind you. All of your fans, friends, and family are. I can't say I know how you feel because I don't. I don't have your life and I don't live like you do, but that doesn't mean that I can't try to make it better. I gained tons of respect for you for admitting your problems and getting help which will interfere with doing what you love. Please tell the guys that I love them for basically saying that they will give you all the time you need, there is no Backstreet Boys without AJ, and that they would not lie to us fans. The song you sung was beautifully written and sung, and it made me cry just imagining how much you hurt inside. Please remember that my heart goes out to you and I love you with all my heart. I hope that you work really, really hard at trying to get better, because I can not wait until I see you, and the rest of the guys, in Detroit (at the Palace). I just found out about this from my best friend, whom I am taking with me, and I am so shocked to hear it. But I am glad that you are seeking out help, cause not only me, but all of your fans, want to see you better and healthy. hey there aj, well let me tell you that i am soo proud of you for letting the guys know you had a problem, that is the best thing you did. i am so worried to death bout you cause i love you and i don't want nothing bad to ever happen to you, listen you were born for one reason and that reason is to make your dreams come true, which you already have even getting deep within our hearts and making us happier than ever before. each night i thank god for making you (& the rest os the guys) cause i don't know where or what i would have been with out you, and you know what i also suffer cause my dad is an alcoholic, he has never asked for help un like you, you did the right thing. i am soo praying to god that you'll get well sooner than you ought to be cause you don't desrve to be going through all this crap!!! aj we the fans want you back soon more than anything in the world, cause you mean so much to us (more than you think we do). you guys are the most faithful, loyal, and loving people i would have ever known, please try hard and you'll be out of that nightmare in no time. as always wish you the best of luck and peace. When I heard AJ was going into rehab - I was shocked. I knew he liked to drink, but I didn't think it was that bad. I saw them 6 days ago in concert and there was no sign of any depression or anything wrong. I'm glad that AJ realized that he had a problem and he's getting help for it. I have faith that he will get through this and will be a better person because of this. I'm behind him 100 percent and I love him very much. Love,

Dear AJ~
I had to write you to let you know how I (your fans) feel. I want you to know that we will suport you through this hard time in your life, and will be thinking of you often. We understand what you must be going through, and it must be very hard on emotionally and physically. It really shows that you are a strong indivual you truly are, that you knew you had to get help. I really believe that difficult time will help you and the rest of the guys grow as a group and as indivuals. I just want you to know that I know that you will get through this, just look at all the people that love you, and not just fans, I mean people that really know you! Your family, your friends, and your wonderful four brothers! We are all here for you! Dear AJ,
I have two peices of advice for you. Number one, don't think anyone looks down on you. Never think that anyone thinks your weak because you knew and admitted you had a problem, it takes the strongest man to do that. And hell! if you can do that you you can get through therpy like that. If you would have never had admitted it, you would have ended up a freaky oily bar fly like Barney from the Simpsons, and we can't have that can we?
Second, talk to your mom. All I know is that when I have a problem, like not doing homework, if I admit it to my mom I feel really relived. I know homework is nothing to what your going through, but what is there to lose. Lstly I just wanna say I feel proud and worried for you. I know I've never personally met you, but somehow, this really affects me, and you'll be in my and many others prayers. -Odessa Jackson-

listen with out u there is no bsb, buti believe in my heart that u will make it big time, you will have a full, and healthy recovery , you have a trillion people that love you and care for you, and that are here for you! You have to do it for yourself we need you to get better and you will believe me i know what your saying i'm not going to believe a little 15 yr old but please try for me, for yourself, and for your fans, and for the guys, and for your family. I love you and so does everyone else so we need you to get better in hopes of seeing you good and healthy for the concert here in LOng ISland becuase my mom really wants to see you too she knows how much i love you and the guys but especially you , and my family doesn't want to see me hurt and saddened so please i'm begging and i'm praying that in hopes that you will get better, please aj you can do it!!!!
