I as well as many others have a tickect for an upcoming backstreet boy concert. Unlike many others that is the farthest thing from my mind. I do not care if I never get to see the boys again as long as A.J is well and happy I am happy. Don't be mad that A.J is seeking help , but be grateful that he is. I would hate for him to be unhappy. I know you can do it A.J. I am so happy that A.J has finally found help and I know that he can get better, he is a very strong person, he just needs help getting his feet back on the ground. We all have problems and that doesn't make us bad people, we just need to fix them, change them and grow from them. A.J your fans will always be here for you through the good and the bad. We will always love you!!!!

Oh A.J. baby, I'm sooooo sorry. I knew you were feeling bad about your loss and that you drank but I had no idea you were in that deep.Alot of people always say they know how you feel and that you'll make it, well, I'm not going to be another one to say that. I absolutely KNOW you will make. You always come through. Whether it's being sick or getting hurt, you always come through 100% and I know you'll make it this time. WHAT BSB DID TODAY TOOK ALOT OF STRENGTH TO DO ... I AM SOO PROUD OF ALL OF THEM..... this was soo hard for them!
i cried and balled and called like all my bsb friends to talk to cause i also had to get stuff off my chest!!! nick was really sad aj is like his best friend and for him to see him going thru that it hurt him!He didn't say a word on TRL. It hurt all of them ! i watched the ch 11 news and nick was crying! literally crying... nick never broke down in tears or anything he really doens't show his feelings.... so u know he feels strongly and they all love eachother very much!! He said" I know aj will get thru this and be ok"...... " here won't be an end to the backstreet boys until on of us dies." Nick ... and the rest of the boys love this group wth all their hearts especially aj.. music is his life and tru love....... he is a stage man and will do anything to get better and go back to it....... but also the fans should try to contain themselves... when they see the boys in person.. don't scream in their faces...treat them like any other person... say hello how are you.. my name is.... it makes them feel much safer and comfortable to be around you.... and in a less stressed environment... I'm not blaming any fan I'm just saying the next time you see or meet a bsb'r be cool! We also have to understand it for the health of Aj .... so no one should be upset about the postponement of the concerts...w/o aj there would be no bsb... soo..... a healthy aj is better then no aj........ so stick it out THE BACKSTREET FASN ARE THEBEST AND I KNOW TOGETHER WE COULD ALL PULL THRU!!.... and PRAY FOR HIM!!! I just wanted to say that I'm praying for AJ every hour of each day. I'm not real religious or anything, but it's something that he needs through this painful month. I knew something was wrong and I tried to help his mother out, because she knew it too. It worked for a little bit, but then again... it failed. I feel bad that his family has to go through with this, but more inportantly, the only people that has made the biggest impact on his life, the fans. AJ has helped so many people through the Backstreet Boys' music and the way he's given people advice and to admit that he has a problem and wanting help, is the biggest influence anyone could have. AJ is a strong person, he's a strong man and he will get through this, he just needs all the love and support he can get. He has a good heart and because of his good heart, it gave him the strength and courage to do what is best for the people that love him, his loved ones and especially himself. I've heard that some fans were losing respect for him, please do not do that. He can't help it. He is depressed and because of that it just added more problems. Did you ever stop to think that maybe because people weren't giving the amount of respect he needed, he turned out in this condition? Because of people like "BSB Be Gone" and haters, maybe he thought when he was giving it his all, it still wasn't good enough? When AJ said that the criticism didn't bother him and it was just part of job, maybe he was just trying to be tough for his fans. We all know AJ's a rebel and likes to be the big-strong no soft feelings kinda guy, but we all also know he's a softie deep down and maybe the threats and the rejection of some people were getting to him. There are millions of fans out there that show their love and support in many ways, but words are sometimes stronger than actions and it only takes a few words to bring even the biggest man down. That is why I hate reporters and TV crews all in this, it should be all about his friends, family, and the fans, because that's all he needs. I'm sorry to have written so much, it's just that AJ means so much to me and it hurts to know that someone who seems so perfect has this kind of problem. Thank you for telling the fans the truth and not trying to hide it behind Nick's broken hand (get better, sweetie!) 2: AJ, I hope you get well soon. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears when I saw your band~mates crying on TRL and what they had to say about you. It was extremely unexpected. I thought when Carson had said that he had some serious issues to talk about with the audience and that the rest of the guys were on, I was convinced that you, Nick, and Howie would be married off. LOL! See, that was my perspective, but it wasn't true. Unfortunately, my expectations were wrong and worse. I am so sorry to hear about your problem, but I am also glad to hear that you were able to be strong enough to tell others what you are going through. That takes a lot of strength, which all us fans KNOW you have. Thank God, the lord is looking down on you and watching over you to make sure that you succeed in your hardships. I am definetly not upset that you had to cancel the concert @ Uniondale, NY on July 18th. It iz rescheduled for September 4th, and it doesn't bother me. I hope you get well very soon! I can not begin to describe how I felt when I heard the news about you. But what I can describe is the way I felt when I heard that song you wrote that they played on TRL. Although it was only a sample I can tell it's a beautiful song in it's own. (Keep up the good work!) I can very much relate with feeling extremley down on life, but it's takes a very strong person to know what exactley you needed to do. And thank you for not waiting any longer to say something and now you'll be in good hands I'm sure. Your an amazing person with a big heart, don't ever forget that. Without you, there's no Backstreet, and without Backstreet there's no music...and I can't imagine a world without you guys. My prayers are always with you...

You guys are the best and although IM extremely sad to hear about AJ IM glad to know that he is getting help and that he was able to understand that he needed it. AJ i will pray for you every night and hope that you get better soon. People like you are amazing! Aj your just like well "Superman" i know it sounds funny but its true. First off, A.J. I wish you the best of luck in your recovery. I do know how hard depression can affect people. For as long as I can remember, my mom has been depressed. Now, I don't know how A.J. was acting, but if it was anything how my mom can act at times, I know how hard it can be to deal with it. I first wanna say to God to please bless AJ so he can get through this rough time of his special life. -my tears make a cross on his chest- I know what he's going through cause of the past with Bipolar Depression and Anxiety and Self Mutilation and going in out of institutions. It's rough asking for help and strength to be a star to ask for help. And damn my boy AJ got it all and i knew that when i became a fan 5 years ago.
He will make it and i know from the bottom of my heart. I LOVE YOU AJ! :-) SMILE BABY CAUSE EVERYTHING WILL GET BETTER BY THE GRACE OF THE LORD.
