I send you my dearest love because I know you need it. I am very proud of you for taking your problem under conrtol..thats it baby! Show the world that you can do it!! I know you're gonna pull through cause you're strong willed and good at heart. I have confidence in you and I want you to know that you are in my prayers every night until you are better!! As much as I hate to see the tour postponed I think you should take as much time as you need to cope with this...don't worry we got your back AJ...the fans {like me} love you to death and we would never want anything to happen to you! I love you with all my heart and I hope that you have enough time to relax and seek the help you need before the tour starts up again. I am looking foreward to seeing you on September 6th and 7th in East Rutherford New Jersey so look for me!! I love you and God bless your heart!

When I first heard the news, I started crying. I couldnt believe something like this happened to you. I just seen you in concert on Thursday July 5, 2001 in Hershey, PA. You and the rest of the group, you were awesome. You could never tell that you had a problem until the group came on TRL and said it. I want you to tell the group Thank-you for being such a good sport about it and coming on TRL to say it first. Thanks for not lying. A.J. you are the best and you can survive anything. You are a strong person and if you try to overcome this problem you will. You were a man to come out and admit that you had a problem in the first place, step 1 is completed. Now you just have a couple more steps to complete and you will be back to normal. You can live a happy life, and I think that is what you are shooting for. The song that you wrote and sang in the tour bus in Boston was really sad. I was already crying but when I heard you sing that and seen your sad expression on your face, I started crying even harder. I know you will get better for your sake and for Brian, Nick, Howie, and Kevin. Hope you get better soon, and hope to see you doing the Black and Blue tour in 30 days!!

AJ,
I just want you to know that I, along with my family and true friends(the only true friends I have are intense BSB fans!)will be praying for you. You take as much time as you need to get better. Don't listen to the media or the so-called "fans" who don't understand what you're going through. Listen to only yourself and God and when they tell you you're ready, then you'll know. Just remember that when you come back, you won't come back to an empty arena: it will be full of friends, family and fans who truly care for you. And the ones who aren't there, well they don't matter. Trust and God and stay the course my friend. Peace, Luv and Backstreet Harmony all the way man.

Dearest AJ,
I stand beside you 100% and you are a REAL man for doing this. This is for the better not worse, you have not only been an inspiration but a muse. I hope your time off can let you think straight as well as relax. Do not put yourself down for anything cuz theres nothing wrong with you! I am a depressed person too, but your music just lifts me up ; you have a talent SO rare that is incredible. "Sadness is beautiful" AJ...you sang it stick to it. We take it to heart when you guys sing those words.."lonliness is tradgical" but it won't be long before you find love..have FAITH and most off keep yourself happy even if it means going out and doing something wild or just going out of the country and resting for a few months do whatever you have to so you can get back to health. Theres alot of issues I don't know about, but we all break down at some point so you are not alone, ya know? Rest up I can't wait to see you screaming again and having a ton of fun! Take care; don't forget that your personal life is just out in the public one day everything will calm down so have patience..I feel like the 3rd wheel; I know what its like to be on the outside and be loud by nature. Believe it or not - I know the same people hurt you that support you, but to be close to you. Its very confusing..I know its really wrong and its a shame we can't control certain kids. But most of us won't bother you guys we just want you to see we love you, not hurt you! And don't let Nick eat chocolate he'll break out in pimples! hey AJ don't go to Herhsey Allergies suck! I understand what you are going through. Don't forget that you have so many people loving you right now! I lost my grandmother a few years ago. My buddy AJThe news has been out for less than 24 hrs and the fact that there are over 100 pgs of prayers and best wishes only goes to show how much we care and are concerned for you and the other boys. Take all the time you need we (the fans) will always be there with smiling faces. To the rest of the guys you are in our thoughts and prayers as well, be strong for AJ and eachother. We love you more than that.

Dear Aj, when I heard the news I really cried for you because I was not expecting to hear what I heard but I know you will get better soon! I know you are tough and you wont let this bring you down! I found out what happened to you on this forum I'm at. When we all found out we were all shocked and literally in tears, especially when they showed you in the bus singing that song you wrote, but we know you are a strong person and that you can make it through this.
