Hey Aj I know that you will make it through this and you will come back stronger than ever. ... and I know that you all will pull back together in the end in be better than ever. I have been through similar things that you are going through .. I mean the depression and Anxeity and I told one of my best friends Alexandria and she told her mom who works at a rehab center. So her mom counsled me and it was that and THE BACKSTREET BOYS music that help me get through this time.. and WHENEVER I am feeling sad again I always turn on you guys even know Im sure you hear stuff like that all the time.. well Im just being truthful.. and now its our job as fans..even if u dont need us too to stick by you.. Fans may not be a concern on your mind right now but we still are there worring about you as if we knew you personally ourselves..we feel like we do through your music though. Aj whatever you do dont give up on us or yourselve and we wont give up on you. Millions of people around the world are concerned for you right now and thats all that matters and it obdvious your buds Kev, Brian, Howie, and Nick are all there for you.. You could see the tears in their eyes on TRL monday morning.. you guys gatta stick together and pull through this.. cause we all need you guys to stay.. stay strong and continue being the greatest!! AJ- I just wanted to let you know that you mean the world to me and anyone else who calls themself a fan. You are in my prayers and I want you to take as long as you need to recover from this. AJ even though you may think going to rehab may be the hardest thing you ever have to do, please know that I think admitting your problem is the hardest part and things only get better from here. I am so proud, and have an infinite amount of respect for you!! Being in the public eye and having the courage to say that life isnt perfect just because you are living a dream is so courageous. I love you and all the guys and will pray for a full recovery and hope you can beat the addiction and feel better soon. First let me say that I am a "mature" BSB
fan with a 8yr old son who adores you all. We've
seen you twice, The Millinum tour, Breslin Center,
East Lansing MI was his first concert and He said
it was the "best night of his life".
When we heard about all this, my husband and
I were trying to explain to him, as best we could,
what the problems you are facing are like. He said he
know's you'll be OK because you have God and your
family and BSB family looking after you.
I have had to deal with this personaly, my
first husband would not addmit he needed help and
after a year of trying to convince him I left. We
had no children then but he did end up in rehab
after I left.
I think it is soooo courages for you to come
and ask for help. Facing it head on has got to be the
hardest thing you've done but I know you're strong
enough to pull this off just by taking that first
step. You have tons of fans, even the older ones
like me(40+) that will have you in out thoughts
and prayers. God bless and take care.

At first, when I've heard about that, I was afraid that fans wouldn't understand. But one second later, I've realized that I was a fool to underestimate Backstreet fans. All the fans show their support to you and it's amazing! So, during your hard 30 days, you don't have to worry about us. We understand and I believe that Backstreet Fans are nice and caring. So, let's concentrate on your health. We prefer to see you in concert later, maybe, but in good shape. Believe it or not, you're an amazing man! I love you and the boys since the beginning, in 1995, and I've seen you growing up and I've been proud of you so many times, but I think I've never been proud like I will be when I'll hear that you're alright and back to happiness. I think, from the bottom of my heart, that after all happened to you, you deserve more than anyone to be happy. So, what I wanna tell you is to take care of you, and when you'll feel depressed or down, look at the stars and you'll know that all your fans are thinking about you and they're sending you all their support. when i found out about this i was in shock and i felt so sorry for you cause you don't desevre that you deserve better and i want to let you know that right now i'm so proud to say that i'm a bsb fan more than i've ever been.
i was depressed too so i know what you're feeling like, just it wasn't as bad as you.
you helped me to overcome it with you songs, voice and personality.
so i hope that you let us, the fans help you to overcome it. cause we are behind you in 100% and we will support you in whatever you do.

i realy hope you will get well soon because i love you and i will do anything to take your pain away but there is nothing i can do, i'm just happy that you decided to help yourself before it was to late.

Alex,
Well where do I start...I was shocked to hear that you were in the hospital..but i knew about your situation....and I can understand..and feel exactally what your going though...but I'm not going to bore you with my problems..and I dont wanna sit here and tell you how much you mean to everyone because you already know all that and you already know how much everyone loves you...you got told this in just about every get well letter in here...what I want to say to you is that you ARE going to get through this and you ARE going to be happy...everyone goes through something of the sort..and you being many teenage girls "love"...and others idols you have more pressure put on you..but gettin past all of that is the hard part..and you CAN do it ...YOU and the Boys ARE AMAZING...YOU'VE made many of people ALL over the world PROUD ..but most importantly you've made your family happy and extremly proud of you in everything that you have accomplished so far because you are so young and you have a big and wonderful life ahead of you with many more opportunities in it....the future has so much more in its hands that it WANTS to give you..all you have to do is want it...look ahead because things are going to start getting better because you've already been through the worst... now its time and now you are ready to take anything and everything on ...well I better stop and save some room for the rest of your friends... because thats what we are ...your friends...who love and care about you..and we will ALWAYS be PROUD of you ...We Love you Alex...
