Can GOD please answer me why somebody who makes turn on the lights of joy in my life is now trying to find how to turn on his life too? Sometimes the one who we thought is happy is actually dying of loneliness inside and is screaming thru silence for someone to help them. Depression, anxiety and alcohol addiction turn his life into a living hell. Ironically, he was the one who took me out of my depression and the feeling of loneliness. People can hide so well their feelings sometimes. Just a smile can project fake happiness. If he only knew that there are millions of people who love him. This entertainment business is the worst mistake a man has ever come up with. It makes you believe that this artist are perfect people, with perfect lives and no problems at all, but what we don't know is that this people are suffering the prize of the gift of talent. No sleep, being away from home, no time and so much work; this is not a healthy life. Money does not bring happiness thats for sure, and now i know better. He had everything; money, cars, fame and girls, but the only thing he needed was a person who would love him for who he was not for what he had. The resent break-up with his longtime girlfriend, the lost of his grandmother and just the fact of being alone in his house contributed to his depression. Trying to find a way out of this loneliness, A.J started to drink to keep him busy. The only time he is happy is when he is performing, and because he loves that so much i know that GOD is going to help him find a way out of his misery and would bring him back on track to keep on doing what he loves, performing. It is very important that people pay close attention to the feelings of others; A.J express his feelings thru song writing and the last song he wrote was a special song because it reflects what he was feeling. He sees everyone happy and he feel his is so depressed he can't find meaning to his life, and in the song he desperately wants help. His courage inspire me even more when he admitted to have a problem. Just the fact that he realized that he wanted to start a knew life, and that he wanted to get out of this darkness around him is very impressive. I've always known that his life wasn't perfect, but know i feel like i know what he is feeling because sometimes i feel that too. Now i see him more of a man and less of a superhero, but i still think it takes a superman to go thru everything his gon thru. To me he is a role model, no matter the way he lived his life, but know i looked up to him more because he tries to seek help when he needs it. Teenagers today should take his life as a motivation, because sometimes we drown in a little glass of water and there are people out there with real problems. I think that his decision of looking for help is going to make an impact in a lot of people that are going thru what his going right now, and it will make them seek for help too. Sometimes you just can't do it alone, but there is people out there that are willing to do anything to make a change in your life. I wish i could do something to help, but the only thing i can do is keep on praying to GOD to help him and make him feel better so that he would keep on doing his purpose in life. I hope that this time away from all the pressure and work would show him his not alone and that he can start all over again, with new dreams and inspirations of self-improvement. Although some will argue that you're not much of a rolemodel I'm going to disagree with them to the bitter end! I have to admit I was only thinking of myself and the fact that I wasn't going to see you guys in Buffalo,this weekend,at my first Backstreet Boys concert ever. But then I realized something. It takes alot to admit when you have a problem and to actually do something about it. I really admire you,AJ,for doing what you had to do in order to help yourself,and your brothers(the rest of the guys). I had a problem with anxiety and alcohol about 5 years ago and I know how trapped and alone it can make you feel. I lived with this problem for several years before I finally got help. But today,I'm fine. In fact I'm better than ever! I want you to know that it may seem that you're alone,but you're really not. Anxiety is a major problem among people our age these days.
