Hey A.j I just wanted to tell you that you have all of your fans support. We love you if you need more than 30 days hey man you take your time, until you feel better. We are not pressuring you we just want you to be happy and healthy physically and especially mentally. Keep a stiff upper lip but if you cant, express yourself to someone who can help! Dear Alex,
My name is Susie and I am an older fan. I have been a fan since late 1997 and I will always be a fan. Though I have never met you, I feel as proud of you as if you were one of my own. You have taken the first step to a better life, perhaps a longer life. I hope to see you in concert in late August in St.Louis, but if not, have no fear, you will not lose my love or my loyalty. You take as much time as it takes to heal and I for one will be right here waiting for you and the rest of the Boys! I was a fan of the Beatles when I was a kid and I still love the today, so what does that tell you about my 'sticking power'? Love ya Baby Boy, hang in there and make it back to us whole and healthy.

OMG it's so hard to even imagine what u and your guys r going through! You always try sooo hard to make all of your fans happy and you totally do, and its not fair that you're not as happy as we are. Alexander, we love you sooo much, and you probably have no idea of how many people in this world think about you day and night. All of these people now think of how brave you are for getting yourself treatment and helping yourself find happiness. Backstreet Boys, is basically our life and all we think about. Once we heard the news we were devistated, but then we realized how strong you are. We can tell you right now no one could ever replace you, you are a one-of-a-kind guy. Not many people in this world (esp. someone known world-wide) would go out and admit their problems to the world. We support you 1,000,000% and we're here by your side "until the end of time" AJ, Backstreet Boys is the "shape of my heart" and without you in it, there would be no shape. Even though you have so many other fans who have written you many letters, we really hope that you take the time to read this and to reflect on how we feel. Dear AJ:
As I watched TRL yesterday afternoon I realized how much the other guys love you! They care about you so much AJ and you are so lucky that you have friends like that around to support you along with your millions of fans. We all are standing behind you AJ! You have so many people praying for you including me. And maybe just my prayer alone wouldn't do much but all the other fan's prayers along with mine will. AJ it takes a really strong person to admit that they need help with a problem that they are facing and I'm very proud that you took that first big step to recovery. I've known people with the same problems and the biggest mistake they ever made was not getting help. When they showed the clip of you singing your unreleased track tears filled up my eyes as watched the pain in yours. Don't stress about the tour beng post-poned or anything okay Your health is more important to us fans than anything else. I know you'll make it through this!!! I love ya AJ!!

For the Fans All Over The World,
This is a hard time for everyone, we all want to see them and want the shows to go on, but they can't. AJ health is more important than any show, so when he does get better the concerts will go on and be better than ever casue we will have AJ back. I have called ticket places and asked if people were requesting there money back and the women told me sadly yes. That just made me sooo mad. Why would you want your money back and not go? Cause it's true, they are actually normal people with problems? AJ may be a millionaire and be in the best group in the world and has a good life but that can't always buy happiness, and this just proves that....so we the fans, the TRUE fans, must stick by The Boys, and wait for them, cause you know they will be back....and AJ will fight this. When people realize they need help and go looking for it they get better within time, so they will be back, and we will be here waiting for them, I just got so upset when I heard that people were wanting there money back cause this happened, I think it is selfish. But th True Fans, you know who you are will stick by AJ and The Boys and pray for them.....Dearest AJ,
I think you are very brave for speaking up and being honest about your problem. Not to many people do that. I think you are strong and that you will get through this, with the help of your family, friends, Nick, Kev, Brian, Howie, and your fans, you will see how much love is in this world for you and how much we need you....and the fact that you want help so bad thats the best help you will get, from yourself. We love you sooo much and we are all praying for you, me and my best friend Kelli will say a prayer every night for you till we meet again......

I just wanna send out my love and support to AJ. I kNow how upset he must be. I learned of his Grandmother's passing the day after my Grandfather passed away. I was fortunate enough to have a stable environment around me and no excess craziness. AJ was not that fortunate, though. He continued to tour and the craziness was jsut too much to handle. Not being in the same place everyday, not being able to be with my family right after the passing of a close relative, that's tough!I'm glad he was able to face his problems and get help! Good luck AJ! I know only good can come out of this situation, and I can't wait untill you're back on stage again!

Hey AJ, Please recover quickly and get back out there with your brothers, they r nothing without u! Yall r a group and yall stick by each other sides. Your very lucky to have friends like them! BSB,
My cousin Amanda and I had recently bought tickets for the July 11th concert in Boston that was going to be held at the FleetCenter. We are both huge fans of the BSB and we have been waiting to get these tickets for over 3 years. Finally we got them. On Monday July 9th we found out from her father that from July 9th through August 6th that the BSB tour would be postponed but no other info. We figured that someone had broken a leg or was sick. Later we were in the car and we heard that AJ had checked himself into rehab and Nick had broken his hand punching a wall. This must be a nightmare! Nope it wasn't.(We both pinched eachother.) Our first reaction to the news was anger. Why would AJ cause all of these fans to be sad and disappointed and why would he do something so stupid? We were upset for all of yesterday. Today we were reading some articles in the Boston Globe and the Boston Herald about AJ and what happened. We also caught the repeat of TRL this morning that we missed yesterday afternoon. Yesterday we even drove by the hotel where BSB was staying but had already left that morning! We realized today that AJ did not bring this problem on himself. No one wants to be depressed, have their grandmother die, or have a drinking problem. We both wish AJ the best of luck against fighting his sickness and will do whatever possible to help him get better. We are looking forward to August 6th when he will most likely check out of rehab and will be able to preform soon after. We both can't wait til September 10th the reschelduled tour date for the FleetCenter. Our best to AJ and the rest of the BSB.Hope your hand gets better real soon Nick!KTBSPA!We love you Brian!And Howie and Kevin too!

I hate to say it but i saw it coming. He was secluding himself in apperances and whatnot but he's lucky. He has 4 great guys who love him and will support him he has a mother who cares for him and he has all his fans who will support him no matter what. Remember AJ took the most important step in his battle. He went and got help. All us fans can do is wait and hope he decides to come back b/c remember this is his life and no matter how much we love him he won't do something b/c of us but i know i'll always remember him and love him for what he's doing now and for what he has done. He's a great guy.
