Dear Aj,
When I heard that you were going into rehab for excessive drinking of alcohol i began to think. OH NO Not again! I had to deal with so much alcoholics in my life. The one group I look up to are you guys.You are the ones that take my mind off the drinkers in my life. But one of you are drinking to much. When my grandfather died two years ago he died because he smoked and drank to much.Maybe if he admitted he had a problem like you did he would still be here with me. Im not angry with you. You admitted your problem and got help. For doin that I admirer you guys so much more. For setting an example for drinkers out there. It takes a lot to do what you did. Since you are a famous person it was harder to do because of the fear of what people might think. But it was great that you came out in the open with this. Please get better! Soon! Dear AJ,
I am so happy that you decided to get some help for your problem. I know how it feels to lose a loved one. I lost my godmother two years ago and when I found out I was devastated but when I listened to your CD I felt better. You helped me and I will find a way to help you to the best of my ability.
You are lucky that you have friends and family by your side. You also have all of your fans by your side. Every single one of your fans love you and will never leave your side. I will always be in your corner. Just keep your eyes to the Lord and he will guide you through. You,the rest of the guys and your family are all in my prayers. I love you all and keep your head up.

AJ!!!!!!!!!! i feel so bad! when i heard, man i swear my heart broke. i had no idea how bad this was and that you were going thru this. i just want to give you a huge HUG and let you know that you are loved by soooooooo many ppl out there and that you will get better. Im so glad you are strong and courageous enuff to admit you have a problem and actually seek treatment. You're such an amazing person and you deserve to be happy and i hope that you do whatever it takes to get that. Hiya AJ!I'm not really sure if this will get to you, but I'll just take my chances cuz I want U to know that I CARE a great deal about U! So here it goes...
First off, I just want to say that I'm so PROUD of you for admitting your problems. I mean I know that it's not easy but that's the first step in seeking for a solution that can make it better. I believe that you will be okay and I'll see you back in tour. But no matter how long it takes for you to get back, I'll wait for you cuz I know in the end it will be WORHT the wait cuz you will be the same old AJ that inspired me to be a Backstreet Boys Fan. Believe it or not I have a whole lot respect for you guys than ever. You've just proved that the Backstreet Boys are not just a band that makes music, but they are also a REAL family who stays with each other thru thick and thin. What Nick,Brian,Kevin and Howie did at TRL made me PROUD to be a BSB Fan. Here's a poem that my friend gave me and I always read it when I'm lost. I hope that it will help you one way or the other.

Dear AJ,I heard about you going into rehab today. I want to let you know that you did the right thing. You realized you had a problem and went to your fellow BSB members for help. That took a lot of guts admiting that to them! I pray that you get better soon. I loved the concert you guys performed in Charlotte, NC on Jan 26. (That was my hometown before I moved to VA.) Keep up the great work creating songs for all of the BSB fans out there including myself! :) Your songs have helped me through some challenging times and I will never forget that.

I just want AJ to know that I am praying for him and I hope that he gets all the help that he needs. When I heard the news, it was really devasting, but I know that he will get through this. I am holding him in my prayers and I know that this is a hard time. Depression and being an alcoholic is diffiult, especially when you are already in the public eye. I want AJ to know, that we, his fans support him in his decision to go into rehab, it takes a real man to admit they have a problem and for that I respect AJ and the guys for not lying about this whole situation.He was being a real role model by teaching kids to be honest with their problems and not hiding them.As for the fans out there, let's just keep AJ in our prayers and keep the Backstreet Pride Alive!!!
