You have no idea how proud of you I am! I've been a fan for 4 years and I respect you more now than I ever did before! It takes a strong person to do what you did and I hope people realize that "hey, if AJ can get help, I can too." We love you with all our hearts and pray that you get better soon, not because of the group or the tour, but because we love you and care about your health. First of all, I want to congratulate you on what a courageous thing you have done by coming forward with your problem. I must admit that it takes strenght to share the truth with your fans. I'd also like to congratulate the boys on being such good bandmates. AJ, I'm sure I speak for all your fans when I say that we are behind you every step of the way. We are with you a 100%. Dear Aj and the guys,
Whether you all read this or not is beyond me, but here it is.
You all have helped me in ways you never knew. I was 13 when Quit Playin Games came out, I was also dealing with some devisating things in my life at that time. I had sunk into a deep hole of depression and making the wrong choices. I know what it's like. I've been there. Your music got me hooked. Your music was my medication. Knowing I had your cd waiting for me gave me a reason to go home. When I sat beside my bed with my headphones on listening to you guys I was in my own world. Your music surrounded me like someone had just wrapped their arms around me. I was safe. I honestly believe you are my five angels sent from above and you all and your music had alot to do with me overcoming alot of my demons.
Sometime after I had over come my depression, my brother had fallen in to depression and anxiety along with drugs. So not only do I know how it feels but I know what it's like to watch someone close to you go through this. It's not easy. But he overcame it all too.
Now Aj, you're in need. I can't be there, and I probably won't have the same affect on you as you all did for me. But I can only hope you read this: 1.)I want to tell you ALL that you will be judged upon this.The people that judge, they don't matter. They don't. The ONLY people that matter are the ones that are truly there and supporting you. 2.)The out come of the group after all this is said and done isn't as important as your life. Remember that. You want to be happy, and you all must do what is going to make you happy and be better for your LIFE. 3.)It takes a while to get better and for everyone to deal with this. Take it little by little. No one wants to see any of you suffer. 4.)Just remember, once you hit rock bottom, there's only one way to go, and that's up. Life is too important.
I hope this helps you guys and anyone else that reads this and feels like they might be going through the same thing. The best thing to do is get help. Aj, you've done that, you've already won. My prayers are with you and all that surround you. I know whatever happens after this will be what's best. God bless.

KTAJPA!!! I'm keeping the AJ Pride alive along with your millions of other fans AJ! You are always in my prayers, but now I will pray a little harder for you :) I went through severe depression too, and ya know what got me out of the hole? YOU. You were my alcohol, and what turned out to be my therapy. I got better (thanks to you) and I know that you will get better too! We all deserve a chance to be happy, and as I see it, you deserve it more than anyone :) Stay strong, happiness is not to far away now AJ! We love you and believe in you. We'll wait as long as you need to see you in concet again. If you need a full year, you got it; it's all about you, that is all we care about. Concerts are fun, but humans are more important. You are VERY important to a whole lot of people, YOU COME FIRST ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS, remember that :)

Hey! I know I already submiited an entry but I think I forgot a couple of things to say! First of all, I would just like to say that we are all very proud of you how you dealt with this situation! It takes courage to even first realize that you want and need help let alone willingily go to rehab! It was also brave of you to first talk with the rest of the group about your desicion, and then want them to be honest with us, the fans! I know that you can overcome this! Your fellow backstreet members have faith in you, you family & friends have faith in you, your fans have faith in you, and I know theres AT LEAST an ounce of faith in yourself too! I have no doubts in you! I'm not going to say get well soon because I don't care if it takes a million years for you to get better as long as you do. That's all that matters right now! Just always remember that we're all 100% behind you and we believe in you 100%!

Hey! You don't know how stunned I was when I turned on MTV and saw everything you all had to say! I'm also equally proud of you guys! As fellow bandmates of AJ and some of his best friends, I know it must have been very difficult for you all to first deal with it yourselves and then come out and tell all of us. I'm very happy you did tell us about it. I know that most other artists would have probably lied or completely ignore it, but you guys didn't! I'm proud of you for that! When we heard the news on TRL that AJ had entered rehab for alcohol abuse, depression and anxiety, our jaws hit the floor.
Needless to say, we were shocked. Having just seen the Boys perform on July 5 at Hershey Park Stadium in PA, we couldn't believe
that the same AJ who had sung his heart out and danced around onstage making jokes about his butt and his pants was suffering so much.
This only reminds us that he, like the other Boys and everyone else, is just a human being. It's so easy to forget that, watching
them perform onstage like some kind of larger-than-life gods. But he is a human, and he has weaknesses and problems just like the rest of us.
At least now he is getting the help he needs to overcome his obstacles, and we should all be grateful for that. Any Backstreet fan knows
BSB just wouldn't be the same without AJ. So along with the support of the Boys and his family, he should have the support and love of all
the fans; he needs us now more than ever. Our hearts go out to all the Boys, especially AJ. He is an incredibly talented singer and performer,
and we want him to get better so he can continue to share his gift of music with the world. While we can't wait until Backstreet's back, the
fans should be gracious enough to give them all the time they need, so when they come back, they're at 100% full strength. They've made it through tough times
before, and they'll make it through again. And to AJ, Bone - we love you. No mater how bad tings get, we are behind you all the way. You will be
in our thoughts and prayers for the next 30 days and beyond. Get well soon. We miss you.

I hope that you get better soon. You have the sopport of your fans behind you 100% and we pray for you to get well. I understand the treamendous stress and sadness you have be encountering lately, but to tell you the truth things will get better. I know how it is to lose a grandmother. I lost my grandma a couple years ago. With my cousins, my sisters, and myself we lost a big influence on our life, something that wont get back, but we know that she is looking out for us and she would want us to be strong, as well as your grandma, she's there by your side watching you and guiding you into the right path in you life. I hope things get better for and good luck in anything and everything in your life.

First of all, let me commend you for coming forward, admitting your problem, and seeking help. I admire you and the rest of the "Boys" so much. I'm 27 years old and a huge fan! I know it had to take a lot of courage to go public with your problem. Thanks for your honesty! You never know how many people will be affected in a positive way just by knowing what you're dealing with in your own life. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of struggle and grief. I won't pretend to know how you feel right now, but I do know the pain of losing someone you love. I pray that you find the help you need. Lean on those around you for help and support. The music you guys have created has been very meaningful and helpful in my life. I can't wait to see you out there again very soon doing what I know you love to do so much. Get better soon!
