Being honest about your situation took great courage. A lot of young people look up to you as a role model but we must remember you are only human, too. You have the same problems everyone else does. Your true fans will be there to support you and wait for you to get well again. I pray that your recovery and healing will be soon and complete. Guys - stay close to your brother. He needs you now more than ever.

When i heard that you signed yourself into rehab i didnt exactly hear that i heard it on the radio and i was hysterical till now 7*11*01 at 5:12 am i also feel that i am depressed since i heard this about you...myself as a fan i am very proud of you... a lot of people that have this problem dont realze they have a problemm or if they do itz too late... the media is making such a big deal about it like its something so bad that happend but actually its a good thing the first step is admiting... that you have a problem i stood up all night and did my webpage over... it goes to you and the rest of the boys. i hope that these people where ever you are.. are helping you very well... because you are not alone when you are sad we are sad when you are happy like in the song the is unrealsed " i wanna be happy" i cry hysterical everytime i hear it,.. i love you so much this is the 3rd time me writng something... you are our world AJ. you can do anything you wana do just believe in yourself because we believe in you... your fans friends and family are here for you... dont you ever feel alone in this world because yah see iam a nobody...but you people love you all around the world... like in the song time all of you wrote " TIME LOOK WHERE ER ARE AND WHAT WEVE BEEN THROUGH " they will stick by in you everything you do.." There's really nothing I can say that hasn't been said a thousand times better by someone else, but I would like to say that my heart goes out to AJ and his family and the rest of the boys. I also have something to share with everyone. I happen to be a BSB and NSYNC fan, and I've noticed a lot of things being said by NSYNC fans that is terrible and a couple of people on the Fuman Skeeto message board, myself included, thought it would be nice for us to show our support for not only AJ, but his fans who are having to deal with some weird stuff right now that goes along with this. We made you all a card, if you'll please look. I really hope it means something to at least one person...and it's growing every day with more and more of the Fus over there adding their own sentiments. Hi AJ! Carmen here. When I saw the rest of the guys on TRL talking about it, I just started bawling like crazy. Then when TRL showed another clip the following day, Nick was like gonna cry, I know the friendship between him and you are pretty close. As soon as I saw Nick looking like that I couldn't help it but just to cry. It's an emotional time for everyone but it's good that you're getting help. I'm very proud of you for telling the rest of the guys that you need help. You'll be in my prayers. I wish you the best of luck. Love ya!

I was so shocked when I heard the news I practically cried. As I write these words my eyes fill up with tears. A.J. I have never been prouder of u and the guys as I am today because to come out to ur fans and accept u have a problem requires a lot of courage. At this difficult moment I just wanna say I'll pray for u and ur loved ones so that u can recover from this. Jesus loves u, and he'll help u take the right path. At first when I heard about the news I was very shocked, then I realized that you all are still human beings like the rest of us. Admitting that you had a problem was the first step in your recovery and I'm sure that that took a lot. This just shows that you guys go through all the things that everybody else goes through. To AJ, although I know you won't read it: wow. I am still in a major state of shock and really can't think straight about all this. I guess I have to thank the Backstreet Boys above all for being honest to all their fans and not slipping it all under some sneaky cracks. This is a very difficult thing to talk about, and all I can do is say my prayers are with AJ and the rest of the guys now. This is a very hard time for all of them. I have been a BSB fan for awhile, and I never would have thought something like this would happen, but it just awakens you to the realization that these boys aren't perfect. Pedestals were not created to place human beings on, and AJ is very much a human being. He isn't perfect and deals with the same emotions all of us do. I just hope everything will be ok with him. As much as I hate to say this, BSB are apart of me. I have seen everything, and this may be the most difficult, but the fans are here to support you all the way. Just remember your health comes before everything else. God bless.

u probably, wil never see this, but i have to say what is in my heart, i admire that u admitted u have a problem, and went to a rehab, i know u can do this, just give it to the lord and put it in his hands he wil help u, i can relate to your problems, i also was in rehab,its not easy, but i know u can do it u are a strong person, and with a beautiful soul to match. i know its its not easy when u lose someone u love so much i lost my mom in march, i feel what u are going through, u have made all your fans so happy, with your music, and crazy self u are on the road to recovery cuz u made the first step by asking for help. the bsb have HELPED ME IN MANY ways WHEN I WAS DOWN, JUST BY listening to the music u guys make, u are awesome all of u. you are in my prayers and thoughts u, can do this,take as much time as u need to get through this your fans will understand, and wait for u. come back to us aj we will be there for u,may god bless u and be with u all.
