Dear A.J.When I saw the Backstreet interview on TRL last night, I was really shocked. I think you guys did the best thing you could do: be honest! For that I respect al 5 of you so much. It shows that you also respect us, the fans, and tell the thruth. I hope you get better son. That's the most important thing right now. Keep The Backstreet Pride Alive!!!!

AJ- All of my prayers and concern goes out to you in this difficult time. I know you will pull through. The lord put you here for a reason...to make wonderful music...and you have so much love and support through your family, through your friends (and band mates) and through us...the fans. Your courage and honesty is tremendous. In facing your problems, not only are you helping yourself on the road to recovery, but you are helping others by setting an example. This example is knowing they are not alone, and they can work through it...you are not alone:) To the rest of the Boys, you are all in my prayers as well, and it's only the beginning of your stronghold on all of us. Wow..........i don't know what to say......and don't even know if u'r gonna read this.i'm just so pissed off cus i can't do anything.actually,there is something i could do for my fave backstreet boy,for the one who's always on my mind,no matter what.i could tell u that u'r not alone and there's millions of ppl on this planet thinking of u right now....just get well soon baby,cus u can do it....definitely..this may sound like cheap talking,but it comes straight from my worried little heart ......we're so proud of you,and even if there were times when u screwed things up your true fans never changed their opinions or feelings about ya.u'r not a god,making mistakes is smthing so natural and that's why i love you so,cus even if your voice sounds like heaven,u'r a normal person i can dream and think of.your fans will never let you down,babe....take care and don't forget that you are not alone......we're a team,damn it and we can do this toghether...love always,elena

Thank you for finally realizing that you need to get help. It's always hard to come out of the closet about it. Just remember, the fans love you no matter what you do, and we always will. The guys will always be there for you, too. We're just happy that you are getting treatment. Like Nick said, it's about you, not the group itself. It's your life. I just hope after thirty days you're better and ready to go on tour. If not, take all the time you want. We just want you to be happy and healthy. I especially liked the song you wrote about people really wanting to be happy. I cried when I heard it. I love you A.J. and I wish you the best. Nick(I hope your hand gets better), Brian, Kevin, and Howie thank you for coming out with the announcement. You will all be in my prayers.

Dearest Bone,
I have no idea how you got to this point so soon in your life.The other BSB`s said that you started drinking because of your break-up with Amanda, and then your grandma passing away....but
that`s just excuses: i mean: how come Kevin didn`t fall into alcohol with everything he`s been through, or Howie loosing his siter, or Brian with his operation???
I really don`t want to rub it in, even if that`s just what i`m doing, i just want to make you realise this is life and that`s what you have to go through: we lose the ones we love, noone can change that, so cope with it!!
If you want to find you something, my mom`s brother went through almost the same situation you`re in, only he was much closer to dieing since he had 4 DELIRIUM TREMENS atacs that affected his brain....one more of these and he`s caput. On top of that, at the beginningt of January this year he had a lung cancer operation. He`s OK now, cause he wasn`t alowed to drink for a while and mom took the chance to put him in rehab.....He`s been clear for 6 months now!
Why am i telling you all this?
Just because i want you to understand i know what you are going through.
My point after all this?
Just realise how many people you are hurting(starting with yourself!!!!)I don`t know if you saw TRL 2 days ago, to see Nicky crying like a child, Howie and Brian barelly talking, and Kevin being though for all of them....It broke more hearts than you can ever imagine.Deal with your problems without alcohol, there is a solution for everything in life, you know!!!!
Now it`s only up to you to get through this.If you don`t want to, noone can help you, take it form me, i went through this with my uncle!!
I love you so much, i can`t stand the thought you`re in rehab,i want you out of there 4 GOOD!!
I know i came down a bit hard, but i want you to wake up from that dream .......

I wish A.J. a speedy and full recovery. Like the boys have said, it's all about A.J. being healthy and I know that's what everyone all around the world wants, including me. I know that we as fans ask a lot of the Backstreet Boys day after day, they are demanded practically all over the world,and it is times like this that we are reminded that they are human, just like us and can have problems just like us. It is important that we all show our love and support for A.J. and the rest of the group through this tough time just as their music has helped us, the fans through our tough times. We are all here for you to offer caring and support during your time of need. I
think it is very honorable that you are willing to put your reputation on the line
to make yourself a better person. I also think the rest of the guys are super
for the way they are standing by you during this. I saw a teary-eyed Nick on tv
this morning and it made me see just how close all of you have become over the
years. I admire the group even more for that. We all love you and are hoping
for a speedy recovery, but no pressure, you take all the time you need to get

Words can't express the feeling that I get knowing that , you , someone that I admire greatly has problems too. Knowing that your just as normal (I use the term lightly ,lol) makes your words even more meaningful. My best freind is going through the same thing but, she's not getting any help for it. I wish she was more like you , brave . Your face being plastered on my wall(lol) makes me think of you even more . You, the guys, and your families are constantly in my prayers. You'll get through this ,it takes time . Always remember the Lord never puts more on us than we can bare. Keep your head up , I 'm sure it's hard but hey what isn't. (LOL I'm such a dork)

a.j. i think it is great that ur seacking help,
and again who sad that the backstreet boys are lusing there touch ? there not, there stil the kings of pop music. i wish you (a.j.) a fast recovery and am hopping to see you preform when you feeling better. Joust that you know that all youR fans are stending study right here and waiting for you. take some time we all love you and we will pray for you. and ur healht goes before everything else take all the time you need to get better! am feeling proud that you did take that step but at the same time sad because you have to go true all of this. i know it is hard one of my friend had a simler problem but trust me when i say things will get better. you will always be in my prays, in my heart and at this time in my mind. no and for ever joust wanna say you have my love i hope you be back soon..... :) kisses from tina
