Hey A.J. as many of your fans have said I am truly proud of you, it takes a real man to see his faults and do somthing about it. I applaud you for over coming the first bump in the road. You have so much support, so please don't feel pressured at all to have a fast recovery. Your boys and your Fans are all here for you to help with what ever frustration may come along. Stay true to your goal, and I am most defiantly looking to seeing you up and on stage, Happy! Smile it makes your problems seem so much smaller.

Aj, my heart gose out to you. I kinda know what your going through . I am also depressed but just can't get the guts to get help. I'm very proud of you that you are taking time and getting help . Your a very strong person . I belive in you . Also I have looked up to all of you from the first time i heard your first song . You guys have helped me become a better person. I'll be praying for you hun . Keep your head up everyting will turn out for the best.

I just came back from a trip in Washington, but heard the news on Tuesday. I said to myself that the first thing I will do when I get back to Miami is write to aj. Well, here I go... aj, you've been a strong man through all these years, personally and with the backstreet boys. I just want to tell you that YOU WILL get through this because we (the fans) are all here for you. We all love and care for you and will be with you spiritually the whole way through. You are always in my prayers with a million more fans. And just remember that you've already overcome the hardest thing, admitting that you have this problem. Aj,
When i heard on MTV news that they have Breaking news of the BSB i was scared because i thought that the group was going to fall, but then i saw in TRL Nick, Brian, Howie and Kevin, but someone is missing and it was Aj and i was like "were is AJ", then they started talking about his problem of alcoholic and depress then i started crying because i never knew that Aj would be depress because he has the love of ME (the fans). Then Kevin said about the lost of Aj's Grandmother and all. When i saw Nick's right hand i was like "what happened to him" my mom thought that it was because he punch a wall because he was so sad of Aj's problem, then i saw that he was going to cry, he look like a baby and i started to cry to, I hope Aj will get better soon because the guys need him very much, i pray to God every night just for Aj and the rest of the guys.I love you guys very much. LOS QUIERO MUCHO, MUAC a kiss for Aj from all of his fans in Puerto Rico.

I wish you the best of luck! You are awesome for doing this becuase you knew you had a problem. That always is the first good sign that you will recover. You just need to remember that your true fans,like me, are with you 100% and that we will never think of you less. You are loved by millions and that love is what will make you become stronger. Your friends, family, and fans love you so much and the love that we give to you is what you need to look forward to when you return back. One flaw will change your life forever. You just need to learn on how to live around it and not let it affect you and the way you live. You are a wonderful man that loves everything he does. Hey A.J., I wish you the very best. Just know that you have your fellow group members and practically the whole world (there are and always will be a lot of BSB fans) right behind you. I will pray for you, and the whole world is praying that you will conquer this obstacle and become a renewed person. Whenever you feel down in the dumps, remember to look back on all that you've done for the world--your accomplishments--in music as well as other areas of life. AJ and the BSB, It's really amazing how close you can feel to someone even though you're miles away and don't even know each other on a personal level. I admire each one of you guys for being honest with us. AJ, I admire you for admitting that you have a problem and I pray that you will get the help you need. You're very talented, loved, and appreciated. I know that God will see you through this. Nick, I also pray that your hand will heal quickly. You make me smile and I can't wait to see you in concert. AJ,
When I first heard that the final concert dates in Boston were postponed, I started to cry because I was supposed to see you on Tuesday the 10th. When I found out the reason, I felt really guilty for being so selfish but then I cried again for you. Now every time I listen to your voice and see your face I feel like I'm going to break down and cry again. I am proud of you for facing your problems and dealing with them. I am proud of you for realizing that this thing is bigger than you, and that you can't handle it by yourself. You and the others have become terrific role models by showing the world how to deal with these type of problems and that nothing should be pushed aside or hidden. I respect the fact that you knew you needed help. I respect the fact that the group has been honest with the fans. And now I am here to offer my support like so many other fans. We can use this situation to educate the world about alcoholism and depression, and I think we should turn our sorrow into determination to use this story in a positive way. There are hundreds of people who suffer from depression every day and these people need a role model to follow so that they can receive help. Us fans are here for you AJ, and we love you. Stay strong, we know you can make it!!!

Well...I just want to say that I think that A.J has really grown up for the best. He has taken such a big step as an individual to become a better person for himself and the people that care about him.I just hope he gets the help he needs and doesnt get worse. I think we all should pray within the 30 days of his rehabilitaion and if he needs more time there , we should pray some more. It doesnt matter about the tour being postoned ...all that matters is that A.J gets to be happy. His song is expressing how he feels and hopefully he will vanish those feelings and become a healthier & happier person. Listen to his song...Sometimes...I dont find myself ..within me

I am so proud of you for admitting you have a problem and are getting treatment for it. Depression is an ugly thing. I know because I also suffer from depression. But during these past 5 years I've been a fan of the BSB, I have come to see just how strong all 5 of you are, and you have all prevailed beautifully through each obstacle that has been thrown up in your faces. You will get through this. It's not going to be easy, but you WILL prevail. All of ya'll are in my prayers, and I hope with all my heart, recovery will arrive soon. I love you BSB!
