I am so proud of you AJ! Thats all I can say! You deserve so much respect for being a real man and admiting you have a problem...its always the hardest part. My best friends mom is a recovering alcoholic and for a long time my friend thought she was all alone in that kind of situation...but now she doesn't and YOU have helped her in ways no one else could. Get well AJ your fans will be here waiting and praying for you and when you are well again you'll receive so much love from us...I promise. To the rest of the guys thank you so much for keppin it real with us, I know I appreciate it very very much...thank you so much for not trying to stay strong and for letting your feelings out and thank you for standing behind AJ 100%, you are true friends to him. It takes a real man to come out and do what you did. There are so many people out there who can't admit to their problems and you are the better man for admiting that you had one. As a fan from the very beginning I feel like I've known you and the rest of the guys all my life and I know that with the help of God, family , friends and the fans you will be able to pull through this and be back in no time. My Dearest Alex,I went to the concert on March 1st in Oakland on the first leg of the Black & Blue World Tour and I must say... you guys just blew that place up!! Alex you were as sexy as ever. I wish I had closer seats though... I had a good view of the stage and I could tell you apart, that's a good thing lol. Well babe, as so many other people have already said we love you. We want you to get better so you can keep being the sexy AJ that we all know and love.
It will take time but you'll get better AJ. You can take all the time you need and you'll have everyone that loves you right there along side you. You did the right thing, and many people commend you for it. I know I do! It takes a strong person to do what you and the rest of the guys did.

AJ,I'm so proud of your decision. It takes courage to get help, let alone ask for it yourself. I admire you so much. I know what it's like to be depressed and I know what it's like to not ask for help. Hopefully, your story will help someone who is depressed and all to get the help they need. You are in my prayers and I will continue to support you and the Backstreet Boys, as I have done the last 5 years. I've been crying on and off ever since I heard the news Monday. I was very sad and shocked. I wish you the best and I have faith in you that you can overcome your problem. What can i say that hasn't been said? I am really amazed to see how loyal us bsb fans are! We only want the best for our boys, and to have to witness bsb going through such a rough time really saddens me! I wanna say that I know AJ will come back, and stronger than ever but we can't rush him, he needs all the time he can get and if some fans are upset about it, then they aren't true fans. We need to understand how serious this is and that AJ is the main priority right now! To all the Bsb fans, my heart goes out to you, I know that we are all greiving right now, but we need to stick together and be strong for AJ, only true BSB fans understand how painful this is and the best thing we could do is pray and be patient, and supportive! Lets show our support and keep BSB at number one on TRL so that not only AJ knows that we are behind him all the way, but also the rest of the world, lets prove that us BSB fans are the most loyal and the stongest fans around! I have been a huge BSB fan for a very long time. I was watching TRL on Monday and Carson said something about exclusive BSB news. Personally, I had no idea what it was about. When I heard the news about AJ, I started to cry. Even though I will admit AJ is not my favorite BSB, it still meant a lot to me because my dad is the same way. He has been a drinker for as long as I can remember. He would always think of ideas to kill himself. He would verbally abuse my mom, my sister and I. I was really worried about him and thought he would end up drinking himself to death. Finally, he realized that he needed to do something about it. He decided to go to classes. He is not in rehab because he cannot stand staying there. I think he has tried before, but he hated it. I know what AJ is going through because I have seen it myself. I know he will get better, but it takes time. I hope he will get better soon. Good luck AJ. I know you can get through this and take it from my personal experience, it's for the best. Also, I can't wait to see you back on the road when you come to Los Angeles. Get well soon!!!

Dear AJ,Howie,Kevin,Brian,Nick:AJ, You are on your way to getting well. You have taken that giant step and admitted to yourself that there was a problem. That had to come first. I know you have a lot of support from your Mom, and your extended Family (The Boy's), and from a ton of Fan's. When I came here to look at the message's you had 203 pages of them, that has got to mean a lot to you. But you can't do this for your Mom, The Boy's, or Us, you have to get well for yourself. It is OK to be selfish right now and think of yourself because you need to get well for yourself and no one else! But it is also Ok to pull Strength from all of Us that are here to help and support you during this time.
