I’m so happy you’re in rehab receiving treatment for depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse. It’s definitely in your best interest. I admire you very much because you took a courageous step towards recovery. I’m sure you’re very happy where you are right now, because you were probably not too happy before all of this. You’re in a place that is helping you get back to your normal self, the A.J. I’ve known and grown to love! You have a lot of people around you that are supporting you 100% including your family, Kevin, Brian, Nick, Howie, and of course the backstreet fans! Dear AJ, I don't want to write a long letter like all the other girls because what I have to say won't take that long. I know that it is hard to face the problems. You must face these new challenges for yourself and only yourself. Your life is the most important thing. I have been around people who have gone through what you are going through right now. Hi AJ,I've never met you, but I feel I know you and I have posted a few emails to you, so what is one more right :))...It took alot for you to admit to yourself that you have a problem, and that was probebly the hardest step, and now your on your way to happier healthier life..take babysteps and take them one day at a time. AJ, you have my full support. I have stood by the Backstreet Boys since you debuted through thick and thin and won't give up hope for you guys. I have always cared about what happened to you guys and wish you the best of luck throughout this whole situation. I look foreward to seeing you on the road soon. I just want you to know that we are so proud of you for getting help when you did. I too suffer from depression and I know how long and hard the road can be to recovery, but you have all of your fans and the 4 other guys to help you and you're forever in my thoughts and prayers for you to get better! I hope to see you soon. If you're better by then, my concert is in August, on the 10th in Portland, Oregon. So my mom and I hope to see you there! We love you AJ and we hope you get better! If you ever need someone to talk to about recovering, it took me almost 2 years to recover and I still have problems once in a while. But I owe it to you guys for some of my help. That's right, BSB was my medication, and still is! So I love you guys so much for helping me and if I can help you in any way, don't be afraid to write! Love you AJ! And feel better!
