Hey Aj!
I just wanted to let you know that I really hope you do well in rehab. I am constently praying for you and your with me all the time. I hope that my prayers will be answered and you'll get better real soon. You have to! I mean yesterday I swam a swim meet agenst the hardest team in our division, and although the team as a whole lost I insted came in second ( I am usually last)! I told my Dad before I even swam that I am going to place good for you because I have hope that i'll be good and I also have hope in you that you'll do good too. So I got a second place..usually the last 14 year old girl in the pool to finish and I got a second. Get well soon because if I can get second place for you, you can get better for all of us..your fans. I'll keep praying and you keep working hard!

When I knew about this, I broke on tears and I can't stop to think about you, I'm so sad, I'm so depressed but when I hear the answer to our life, when I hear your beautiful voice I really feel better. You help to wrote that song, so you tell me why we have to cry, can we try to erase all the pain? can we? I couldn't sleep the night that I heard the news. I was so worried about you. When Nick broke down on MTV, I cried along with him. He loves you like a brother. AJ, life is a tough thing. AJ, I know this letter is not directly to Aj but I'm going to write it as if it is.
I know that you are going through what must be a horrible stage in your life right now. I have watched and seen you grow physically, vocally, emotionally, and spiritually since your start with BSB. I hope you realize that your true BSB Fans out here, which is a lot are behind you all the way. We also respect that you as well as your bandmates, Nick, Brian, Kevin, and Howie were open with your fans about your situation. We are all hoping this comes out as a positive thing. Well I just looked and there are 218 pages of encouragement for AJ and I am so happy to see that. AJ I wish you nothing but success because we all know that you can overcome this!
