My daughter was very saddened to hear of your recent problems but we are very glad you were able to realize your problem and seek treatment. Your treatment will not be easy, it will be hard but you are a strong person and you can do it, you have a lot of people pulling for you. To AJ, Nick, Brian, Kevin and Howie. Thank you Thank you for being so honest with your fans. I am a mother of an 8 yr old girl who has been a fan for about 3 years. She was very saddened to hear about AJ. As a mother I aplaud your honesty. My daughter has been asking many questions and I took this very unfortunate time in your life(s) to open the very serious door to and talk about alcohol and substance abuse in general. She has had and still has many questions regarding the subject. I am trying to address them as they come up in the most honest way I can and I thank you for opening the door. As a parent of an 8 year old you don't want to push too much and give too much info too early, you don't want to shove the info down their throat. By being so honest and forthcoming you have opened the door to a very serious problem in society and kids can relate better if they can identify with someone they "know" and listen to.
