Dear Alex, I hope that you are doing good. Even if they are telling that it is easy for you in there I know what you are going trought. I been to rehab and now I'm living a wonderful life. Don't let anybody in there tell you that you are not doing progress cause they only want to see you on your worst day. Let me tell you something... When you will get out of there it won't be easy but always tell to yourself that no matter what you are stronger then you think and that even if you really want to have a drink you will think about it 2 times. People won't judge you for where you are right now cause you showed that you new that you need help and it is a very good think to go and ask help. You are important to your family and the rest of the guys so don't worry they will be there for you no matter what even if you think they are not on your side. You have a strong soul and a strong mind don't let people play with what you have and show all of them what you can really do. You will bring yourself up at your eyes and they other eyes. Have a free mind and always tell yourself "OK now it is hard but when I'll get out of this situation I'll be stronger then before" That will always chear you up. Take care and hope to heard that you are out of rehab and doing #1. Much Love... P.S. Don't ever believe that you did the wrong thing to go and ask for help cause without help your body wouldn't be able to fallow you and your mind you tell you to continue. You are a brave guy to go and ask for help. One day you will realize that without the help you are getting you would be somewhere else but not with the ones you love.

God, A.j, i don't know what to say. I think about you every step of the way and I know that you will make it. You are strong, I know you are. I hope you get a lot of support and love, but I'm sure you will get that. Take as much time as you need, because you really deserve it and never forget that all your fans love you just because you're A.j.

Hello AJ im hara from greece.i send you my best wishes and i hope you'll get better.i give you an advise: drinking is not a solution for your promblems but discussing with your friends and parents!and something else you cannot bring your gramma by drinking but you can kill yourself.your gramma wouldn't like it also! im always with you . i support you!so get better and if you want (you and the rest of the band) come to greece i love you with a friendly way! kisses and make me proud!!!!! Aj, I hope you know how much all of us care about you.I respect you for the decision you made.Actually I admire the decision you made.That was a very hard thing you did.So I am proud.People all over the world are praying for you.Including me.I pray every night that you will be healthy, and return to the Backstreet Boys.I love you very much so don't give up on your battle.I know you can win.Get well soon, and don't rush getting better take as much time as you need.

I would like to say best of luck to you. also i understand what you are going throug. i am 18 and a die hard fan for you guys but i also have a drinking problem. About a week before i heard about you i got caught drinking for the 5th time. i am already in deep shit. i am on probation, doing community service and now my parents are forcing me to get help. i give you credit for admitting you have a problem because that is the hardest thing. so best of luck to both of us.

When I heard that you were going to rehab, I was so shocked. I hurt to me hear that you were going through so much pain and needed help, and it hurt me to see the looks on the other guys face as they broke the news on TRL. I went on the internet after to look up depression to get a better understanding of what you're going through. And from what I read, I realized that one of my friends might be depressed also. Brian said that if your friend needs help, then you should get them help. So, I talked to my friend all night one night, and the next day she got help. It's only because of you that she got help. If not for you, she might not be here right now. You and the rest of the BSB will forever be my inspiration. I love you all so much, and please get better soon.
Also, they played a song of your's on TRL where you sing, "What do people really want? They wanna be happy. I wanna be happy." Throughout the whole news conference I was fine, because I knew that you were getting help. But when they played that song, I broke down into tears. I love that song so much, and I sing it over and over all the time. You really should release it one because it carry's so much meaning and emotion. Get Better Soon AJ. Much Love.

Yes, it's your ever-persistent fan, Chris. I haven't wrote ina long time and I'm sorry. I was gonna try writing every day, but alas, these visions are spoiled by the escapade of my daily life. It's very busy but I still try and make some time for the one I love. I LOVE YOU AND HOPE YOU GET BETTER REAL SOON, CUZ......I LOVE YA ALWAYZ!!!! See, even sappy letters like this one can express some meaning. Forget your troubles, and keep on smilin'! You're in my heart, thoughts and prayers always baby. You'll always be. Dear AJ,
I just wanted to send you my best wishes.
I kind of know what you're going through.
My parents been drinking for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately they've never admitted it or tried to do something about it. So therefore I'm very happy that you are! I have personally struggeled with depression and anxiety for a long time.And I started cutting school so much I almost didn't get to graduate.
But at that time I was so lucky to get help from my fosterfamily.They've meant alot to me through these past 3 years. And I know you're very lucky to have family and friends to help you and support you.God bless them.
I'm not sure if you get to read all these letters from your fans, but I really hope you do.We all wish you the best, and we'll pray for you, I know.

AJ,
Hi. How are you doing? Better i hope. I just wanted to tell you that i really admire how you saw that you had a problem and you faced it. I look up to you even more now because you are seeking help. I read somewhere that you are already saying how you can use your experience to help others. Even in your troubled times you are thinking of others. We need more role models like you. For this and a million other reasons I have the most respect for you. I am confident that you will make it out on top, like always. I am behind you and the other guys 100%. I will ALWAYS be a fan. Your music and all the things that you guys have delt with or done has helped me in my own life when i was on the road to self destruction. I only wish that there were some way i could help you in your time of need. I am praying for you. Be good to yourself. Take care.
